I started this blog because I kept falling down coffee rabbit holes and figured I might as well write things down. What began as brew notes for myself turned into guides, reviews, and deep dives that other people actually found useful.

I’m not a barista or a coffee professional, just someone who enjoys clean flavors, a bit of coffee nerdiness, and the occasional brewing experiment that doesn’t go as planned.
A Bit About Me
I’m based in Bangkok, Thailand. When I’m not brewing coffee, I’m usually tinkering with code or exploring new cafes. Living in Southeast Asia has given me access to incredible coffee – Thai highland beans, Indonesian lots, Vietnamese blends — and that shows up a lot in what I write about.
I learn one cup at a time, and I share what I figure out along the way.
